It will be interesting to see how this turns out. My prediction is that either MSU wins a close one or gets blown out, but I have no clue which of those it will be! #2 Weber and #3 UND have both won already, so MSU will play UM in the semis if they win.

MSU's ability to consistently blow sizable leads in such a short amount of time is pretty remarkable.

MSU making it ugly-which is our game. Had to go a long time with Davis and Biglow on the bench with 2 fouls each. Somehow have a 2 point lead at the half. Valuable minutes from Robison and Norman (yes that's right Norman). Brumwell with two fouls, but he makes them count as the guy has to pick himself off the floor.

Still have no confidence, but trying to believe.

Looking bad with just over 5 to go. Down 9, UNC with the ball. I'm afraid this one is probably over, barring a big run which looks like a very long shot right now with the way the Cats are shooting and moving offensively.

It's the Big Sky Conference tournament-what did you expect? To win?

Biglow didn't show up, Davis was super tentative, Egwuonwu looked like he was asleep most of the night. Well there's always next year. Get your tickets for the first half of the season.

If I added correctly out rebounded 33-19. That is mostly want. I didnt watch but you wont win much with that effort.

And we are all clearly shocked that MSU's conference tournament win total since they played in the 1998 title game remains at....2. Thank goodness they won those couple games in '09, or we'd be looking at simply historic levels of awful.

Huse is trying to put a big positive spin on it. "Basically a pretty nice season for this team." He acts like someone else put this team together. He and the radio announcers are really trying to spin it like things are looking up for the program. Really? I just don't see it. I don't see these guys being better than 4th -6th next year and the year after and... At a certain point doesn't the administration get the clue? With this current staff MSU basketball will never be really good.

Maybe the Big Sky will be even worse next season. I think we should pin our hopes on that.

If Coach Huse thinks that finishing in the bottom 10% of all D-1 teams is a pretty nice season, I shudder to think what his idea of a bad season would be.

I think MSU hoops has now officially reached the level that MSU football was at in the 90's. The bad news...we're not very good, and there's very little hope for the future. The worse news...very few people even care. We can now officially start counting down the days until the beginning of football season.
