Might have to start calling him Wayne-O the Wayneiac (that's an inside joke for my fellow Helenans).

On not playing as well as he expected:

“Maybe we played the other night, they didn’t so they were fresher. Maybe it was the hype with the throwback, the throw up, whatever,” Tinkle said, eluding to the throwback jerseys his team wore.

On the game-tying shot:

“He’s leading the league in 3-point shooting so it was a pretty easy decision,” Tinkle said. “He knocked it down. In the locker room afterward, I said ‘You’re a Washington kid, who else am I going to draw it up for?”

Those were the ugliest uniforms I've ever seen in my life. What the hell was UM thinking? My God.

I HATE throwback uniforms! I absolutely agree that they were a joke. I hope the Cats don't start such stuff. For one thing, it's got to be a waste of good money. I hope our use of the "gimmick" blue helmets at the Cat-Griz game in Bozeman in 2011 was the last time we'll such a thing.

I didn't mind them. In fact, I wish they still had those colors. Copper and Gold has more meaning for MT than ugly maroon

I also love the copper & gold colors as they are completely unique to UM. However, those shorts...with white in front and copper behind, my friend astutely pointed out last night that they looked like...well, you can figure it out.

You guys need to break out the old school unis with the "nutters" they wore durring the Ferch/Domako era.
