Noticed on mslacats twitter that Raegan Pebley left Utah State for Fresno State. Binford got her coaching start under Pebley at USU. Looking at salaries, Binford actually makes a little more here than Pebley made at USU. I really hope she stays here because shes got a good thing going.

Somebody posted on the USU board that Pebley was making approximately $83,000 in 2010. Was she making that similar amount this past season?

Jamie White from UNC may be interested, since she's from Utah and has some history in that state. But her base is $100,000. ISU's coach's salary is about the same. Unless USU is a sure thing for the Mountain West Conference, AND they bump up the salary, then it would have to be considered a lateral move at best for Binford or most other Big Sky coaches.

I remember when Jamie White interviewed for the MSU job. I thought Jamie and Trish were, by far, the best two candidates.

Sunny Smallwood applied for the MSU position when Coach Binford was hired.

I remember when Sunny was an assistant coach for a pretty high powered Washington State team that had a black guy for the head coach. She knows hoops.
