Looks tough, as usual! The Huse vs. Krystowiak game should be fun. Kudos to the BSC office for achieving the apparently difficult task of scheduling the two Cat/Griz games neither a week apart nor when the host school for one of the games is still on winter break. There is a typo in there somewhere as @Northern Arizona listed twice with no @Northern Colorado.

Very nice schedule, although I sure wish BSC teams could get more marquee games at home. If you get a chance, take in the UNM game at The Pit. Truly one of college BB's best venues.

I'll have a blog post about this by 6:30, including wins/losses in my estimation.

http://www.bozemandailychronicle.com/ap ... ts/?p=8794 The men's basketball schedule is released. I say non-conference ends 8-3. Am I insane? Possibly.

Glad they finally wised up and stopped scheduling a Cat/griz game in the middle of Winter break.

This is the first MSU MBB schedule I've seen in a while that I've actually liked. Too bad we can't get more home games, but I know it's tough to do. Good schedule.

This could be an interesting, fun season. Hopefully all the talent Huse has lined up to be on campus works out and the team gels quickly. I like the increased athleticism he's brought in.

Yeah it would be very cool if BSC teams could get better home games... not a lot of intriguing ones this year.

If they could win one of the three high-profile games (Oregon St, Utah, New Mexico) that would be a real steal and real boost for them. I think anything over .500 would be a nice momentum booster to head into Big Sky play with. Some very interesting road games, that is for sure.

Jon, I'm assuming you meant Arizona State instead of Oregon State. I was at the game a few years ago at ASU (when James Harden was there) when we almost pulled it off. I think it went to OT. They really had a tough time dealing such a disciplined, half-court/perimeter oriented team. I doubt ASU basketball players (or students in general) are getting any smarter, so I think this is one we've got a shot at pulling off.

Yep I did, silly me! I think it will be a tough one for MSU because it is the first game of the regular season... Seems as if they will have quite a few newcomers that will have roles, and I would feel a little more confident with more time to play together and for Huse to figure out a rotation and combinations that are optimal. But the Sun Devils will definitely be vulnerable (and the same could be said about them having a young team and needing time to really find their roles)... they struggled to a 12-19 record last year and will be losing arguably their best player in Ty Abbott. Could be a fun one for Montana St and would get the season off on a very good foot if they can steal that one.

Thats a great schedule, good games vs Utah, AZ St and N.Mex.

Weber released thier's a while back, its actually the first time since I can remember that Weber actually had more home games than road games, and I like our road games.
