Natalie posted this post to her story. I dont know if its just her reposting all of his posts or if this was about her. I cant see coach Bin not working with players individually, especially at her given position. I mean there's a reason Esme came here.

Hard for me to believe that Coach Binford has accumulated eight Big Sky Championship trophies over the past decade based on a philosophy of neglecting individual player development. That post by the Sac State coach seems more self-promotional than anything...start off with a vague statement whose truth is impossible to verify and then use it to try and sell your own program, complete with picture from this morning's candid photo shoot.
I'll just say this about any opponent that will be competing against coach Binford, be it a player or coach. Dissing her is about as foolish and dangerous as pouring gasoline on a fire. You stand a good chance of getting burned badly. It would be far wiser of you to shut your pie hole and keep your fingers off the keyboard.
This could be nothing, or it might get interesting. Just to be prepared I'll make a double batch of popcorn for the Sac state games this year.
I agree. Grace Beasley and NAU went 2-0 against the Bobcats in her one year there, but other than that Coach Bin tends to have pretty great results against her former assistants and players.

PINJA PAANANEN (Arkansas)

ELIZABETH ABIARA (Central Arkansas)

KEANNA SALAVE'A (Providence NAIA)

Picton (You know)

Also, for the 3rd year (at least) in a row... Sact State will lead the Big Sky in Names that will be said wrong on TV.

No no. Give no credit to Grace. As far as I'm concerned the new asst coach on the women's team for the griz went 2-0 her first year. Bit then went 0-2 her 2nd year.

Did anyone see Picton’s senior photograph? It was on the Coach’s site a couple of posts down. Some Esme envy going on here? Black hair this year.

My guess is more her natural hair color. Surprised in their marketing they are using her image and not Benthe. Natalie is attractive but so is Benthe.

She won their leadership award today. Suprised it was her and not Benthe.

Sac played Chattanooga tonight. Salave'a banked in a 3 with 3 seconds left to tie it up. Chattanooga inbounds and races down and....Natalie fouls into the Chattanooga player and the player launches a 3. Makes 2 of 3 to finish out the game and Sac looses. Unnecessary foul by Picton when they woulsve gone to OT.

Watching Sac @ Nau and the commentator (for NAU) mentions thay in talking to the Sac coach he says Natalie went to Sac because she wanted to play with Benthe. Bentley stayed at Sac because Natalie was going there. Imagine if Natalie would've jusy recruited Benthe to MSU instead of vice versa.

Take that for what its worth. Could just be a coach saying things.

I would be interested to see if Picton could have held a starting position over Jamison. Seems to me Jamison's basketball IQ is higher than Pictons.

I love Jamison but Natalie is such a good ball handler. I cant make a call on the IQ part

Defensively, I’d take Jamison over Natalie in a heartbeat, and I think she suits this team better as a result.

That said, there have been moments in some Bobcats games this season where Natalie’s offense would have been welcome.

I think Jamison just showed very definitively this afternoon how much the Bobcats miss Picton this year. Breakout game!

Rough game, Piston was 2 of 12 shooting, 0 of 3 from 3 point range but 7 boards.

Sure didn't miss Picton over Jamison today! High scorer for the team... 23 points. 5 rebounds and 2 steals.

Yeah my comment was badly timed!!

I’m one of Jamison’s biggest fans, so it’s typical that she erupts offensively after I suggested it’s an area of weakness. In previous games, she often blew layups (and admittedly hit game winning ones), and hadn’t found her shooting rhythm.

Hopefully she builds on this performance. She’s so enjoyable to watch. My favourite Bobcat.

Jamison makes less turnovers, is a little bigger in the paint. Jamison as a freshman is better than Picton as a freshman. It’s easy to compare Jamison to the sophomore Picton, but cannot do that yet. If Jamison continues to improve at the current rate, sophomore Jamison will be better, too. Picton did a great job coming in unexpectedly following Dylan’s injury. Jamison has done an exceptional job.

Hmm, maybe that’s why Picton left in the portal. She knew how good Jamison would be, and realised she wouldn’t be an automatic starter.
