EWU this week .. one game at a time. Pretty much a playoff game. We need to get the STANDS FILLED! We win this one, and it come down to the Cat/Griz like it has the last 2 years.

I had a bad feeling about Sac. State going in after a huge win like that. We must regroup and come out on FIRE this week. Huge LOUD crowd early on and I thin we get the win this week.

Nothing like giving us a cardiac problems with two weeks to go, right? Unfortunately the loss really sucked. HOwever, this is so typical. Travis Lulay is continuing to push himself and the offense. He is an incredible athlete as well as a leader. I was really bummed after the game Saturday night, but you know what, things happen for a reason. Let's get our game in check and beat the Eagle's. Enough said!

Yep, take away 3-4 plays and that Sac. State game changes a LOT. We had some things not go our way and that happens. Just like in the NFL, one team can beat another team on any given day. We need to just regroup/focus on the team at hand. This game is SENIOR DAY and I'm sure our team will GIVE IT THEIR ALL on Saturday. Thats all we can ask for. Eastern Washington is a very good team and I'm sure our boys/fans will be up for the challenge this Saturday. 2 HUGE games left this year in conference.

I LIVE FOR THIS! :)

Yea you really have to look at the big picture after a loss like we just had. At the beginning of the season with all the injuries to the O-line and the secondary and the way the passing game was looking who would have thought with two games left we would be in a position to control our own destiny in winning the BSC again? We pulled several wins out of our a$$es this season just couldn't do it again last week.

Yes I was bummed as well. However it was fun to watch SUC State's full back, I think his name is Mole. What an asset he would be to the Bobcat Offense. He should get O player of the week, if he does not I will protest. We have 2 games left and I will be at both. I am confident the Red Headed Houdini will do his magic. Go Cats.

Couple more serious injuries to deal with this week.

Eastern coming in really banged up as well.

I have to say that I'm really impressed with team depth this year. If the rash of injuries had occurred like this in the last 2 years, Cats would have barely won a game.

Sure hope I don't start hearing about how banged up the cats are this year. The Griz were 9 starters down when we played you and if I remember right you were calling that excuses. Sure is good to have 4 healthy running backs and QB going into the last two games. Heard on the radio that when lulay is the leading rusher the cats lose.
You could be 6 and 5 by the end of the year.

9 starters out is that all? I can think of that many off the top of my head right now for us.

You are right about our running game though. We don't have anyone to carry much of the load and when he does he can't hold onto the ball. Good thing we have Travis and his 400+ yards per game receiving corp. I don't know how he will manage any yardage against the griz tough secondary though. Maybe it will be another blizzard that is your best chance of slowing him down.

Pray that the jet stream swoops down through Idaho into Wyoming. Canadian air gives a big home field advantage, especially when the Eagles are used to relatively balmy Cheney.

Its going to be close to 50 on Saturday, and the snow supposed to start on Sunday through Tuesday. Maybe the weather will jump ahead of itself and we get a real cold day on Saturday? Heaters for us, and let EWU freeze like we did to Sac last year.
