Another sack. Way to go Defense. Now who is going to handle the punt? Maybe we should not send anyone back and just try to block it?

Kramer must be getting desperate. I just heard him say Kellen Alley was on the punt return team.

What the hell is Domenick's problem? He has three fumbles this half (two lost). And it sounded like we had the first down. We should be up by three TD's as well as the offense has played. Why is Milton not available today - does anyone know?

Kellen Alley

Post by rtb » Sat Oct 23, 2004 2:13 pm

From what I have heard Kellen Alley can catch so maybe that is a good thing. Hey VegasCat you said your brother was at the game.....can he hold on to the football?? I will take anybody right now who is willing to hold on to the ball. This is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cooper is a stud! Maybe he can switch back to RB like he played in high school?

Front 7

Post by rtb » Sat Oct 23, 2004 2:17 pm

Good thing the front seven has shown up today!! They are really keeping us in this thanks to our wonderful tailback.

Come on punch this in the endzone guys. We need this TD - I hate to think what might happen if EJ has to kick a FG.

Halftime

Post by rtb » Sat Oct 23, 2004 2:25 pm

I wouldn't want to be in the Halftime Hut today. These penalties and fumbles deserve an A$^ chewing. Why have EJ even try that kick?

My goodness this team makes it hard to listen to a game! We finally show up offensively and between Domenick's fumblitis and everyone's penalty fever we are tied at the half. From my radio it sounds like we could be up 2-3 TD's as well as the offense and defense have played. I hope the coaches give them hell at the half - the whole group deserves it.

Very frustrating

Listening on the radio is so tough. I does sound like we should be up by at least 14. MslaCat I see you are online, are you just lurking? Join the chat if you want.

Better yet, get a jersey and play tailback in the 2nd half. Just hold on to the ball and you are in business with me.

Meat

Post by rtb » Sat Oct 23, 2004 2:33 pm

Meat, I think at this point yes. I also think that there are more fumbles than completions. UGLY. Anyone near Bozeman swing into UAS get a jersey and go give it a crack at Tailback. You can't do worse for sure!

Meat - I think that may be true. We have moved the ball with ease most of the half but have fumbled twice (3 but we only lost 2) muffed a punt inside out 20 and have had at least 5 personal fouls alone. For once our offense sounds to be producing and we still only have 7 at the half. They scored on one big drive that included several big 3rd and long conversions and missed a FG after the punt thing and other than that our D has controlled their offense.

The good news: 17 of 23 for 201 yards in the 1st half for Lulay.

The bad news: 3 fumbles, a missed FG, way too many penalties, and -6 yards rushing.

I would guess Travis will break 400 yards today since Kramer/Bailey's confidence in Domenick should be less than high. As bad as he has been I hope Kramer doesn't resort to Beal in the second half.

Well this is a bummer

Post by rtb » Sat Oct 23, 2004 2:45 pm

I have to leave for a while, I do have a backup so that I can at least get score updates, but you guys should post big plays on here so that I can figure out what happens as the game progresses. Have a good one and GO CATS!
