Who else here has been playing the Cat/Griz game on EA NCAA Football repeatedly for the last week?

I haven't made it to the xbox this week, but I definately can't wait until Saturday. I had a dream about the game last night already(actually tailgating and the stadium). This is going to be a great game and a lot of fun for all!

unfortunately, I'll be at a wedding on Saturday - depending on the outcome the reception will be short and toxic or will be a great opportunity to celebrate TWO huge events :D :D

and, yes...I will be checking the score via my smartphone during wedding ceremony!

How does one keep from beating anyone who schedules a wedding on a weekend such as this one :?: :!:

I didn't think I could feel sorry for a cat fan this week. But I feel sorry for you.
And to answer your quesiton. YOU DON'T keep from beating them. You should give them photocopies of cat/Griz tickets, and tell them THANKS..ya jerks.

What self respecting person tries to compete with 'Cat-'Griz or Michigan -Ohio State?

My I'd have to have a portable radio in my ear to listen to the game. I hope you aren't IN the wedding!

Kind of reminds me of an old joke with a Cat\Griz twist. A guy is standing on the top row of seats in WA\Griz watching the Cat\Griz game when he looks down, outside the stadium and sees a funeral procession slowly driving by. He removes his hat, bows his head and remains silent as it passes. His buddy looks over at him and says, "Wow, that is respectful of you, stopping cheering during the biggest game of the year to do that..." The man replies, "It's the least I could do... that woman gave me 27 happily married years..."

I have to admit you do kinda miss the entertainment and roar of the crowd once the season is over. This should be another good show here in Missoula. Come early and enjoy some of the tailgating it gets better every year.

It's worse than waiting for Santa. The only thing a person can do is occupy their time with numerous distractions. I have all day scheduled with meeting MSU folks, partying tonight at the Doubletree pre-function, and last but not least, my kids actually have a couple games this afternoon, which will kill a couple hours, too. Tomorrow, we set up the MSU tailgate starting at about 0800 hrs. and then the next 4 1/2 hours will just fly by.

I'm completely worthless today.

I did, however, get Gameplan ordered (with the online version as a backup) and was able to pick up blue and gold balloons. Tonight, I hang the MSU flags on the outside of the house (living where I do, I'm guessing they will be the ONLY MSU flags in town) and buy beer for the members of the combined MSU/App tailgate club. Tomorrow morning, I hang pickets on the fence I'm building starting at about 6:00 (I probably won't be able to sleep, anyway) and count the minutes until Noon. Then, 2 hours of partying getting ready for the kickoff, 30 minutes of "Stand up and Cheer" and "For the Nation" and away we go!!!!!!!!!
