I have been worried that I have not heard anything on the net about Jeremiah Ostrowski commiting to the Cats. When I do get some info on recruits I ussually only a few days ahead of the story at most.
I found this on the net:
Jeremiah Ostrowski, a senior point guard from Hawaii, took an official visit to a Big Sky program recently. He also received a scholarship offer for another sport, but he's unsure about his future as the early signing period approaches...
Jeremiah Ostrowski, 5-9 SR PG Honolulu (Hawaii) Punahou, is a quick and talented scorer with a nice feel for the game. We caught up with him recently and got the latest on his recruitment.
"I'm hearing from Air Force, Santa Clara, Cal Poly, Montana State and Hawaii," said Ostrowski. "Hawaii just offered me a scholarship for football."
We asked Ostrowski, who plays wide receiver, if he was considering playing both sports in college.
"No, I'm leaning to basketball," said Ostrowski.
Ostrowski took an official visit to Montana State last month and we asked him how the trip went.
"It was good -- I liked it," said Ostrowski. "They offered me a scholarship."
Ostrowski said he's not sure if he'll sign in the fall.
"I'm talking with my parents about signing early or waiting," said Ostrowski. "I'm not sure what I'm going to do."
