Montana State vs. Northern Colorado Predictions

Post by MSU Toddler » Tue Oct 31, 2006 1:12 pm

figured it was about time to move on from the weber game . . .

Cats*: 38 (big offensive output this week - some 2's get some time)
bears: 7 (late score, but tremendous defensive effort - more 2's playing)

*Cats remember the early season losses and past melt downs, but come out playing hard to dispell the past problems. that may sound like an egriz type of prediction - but think it will finally be a complete game.

Never argue with an idiot. They bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

It should be MSU 35 NCU 10

But since god hates me and wants me to die of a heart attack

Cardiac Cats 23
NCU 17

By the way if I die in the Stadium bury me upside down so the Refs can kiss my (you get the point). I have to thank Bob Knight for that one.

UNC is better than you think....figure it to be a fight. They have been self destructive if you look over their game stats. They do have good players and shouldn't be overlooked at all. We must stay focused and rectify special teams. It should be a very tough game.

I hope we have to come from behind and sweat it out all day. I want things to be hard so that in the two weeks leading up to the CAT griz game, we do not become complacent. I want the CATS to learn how to "man punt" when we need to and practice the "roll punt" for when it won't kill us if it gets botched.

BOBCATS WIN THE GAME COMING FROM BEHIND 3-2

MSU: 2
UNC: 0

UNC will have to forfeit due to too many players in jail.

Cats 35
UNC 17

I want to predict a blow out but we don't seem to like to embarrass teams just ourselves. We win comfortable but they do block a punt for a score.

Got to do it. EGRIZ STYLE

Bobcats 70
NCOLORADO 14

upon entering the field we spot them a 14 point lead to make it a game. We score 50 in the first half with rolo throwing for 679 yards on the day. Groves gets 300 and Mason gets 200. We only have 9 first downs all game for we score every time on first or second down. The D scores 4 times. And Even champ runs a kick off back to the house.

Or BN Style

Cats 27
Bears 0

We play a full game and get our second shut out of the season

Well, the heart-attack kids have abused my last couple predictions, but I'm ready to get back on the horse. MSU will start off 2 straight games of bear-killing this week.

Cats: 34
Teddy Bears: 18

I predict our first roll punt is blocked by UNC, and returned for a TD.

In response, UNC runs 6 punt-block plays in row on Offense after receiving the free kick.

Cats roll afterwards, and decide to go for it on every 4th down play with less than 20 yards to go for first down.

Mini Jefferson scores 2 TDs on Weber's Bo Smith, and Krames points out to Atterbury in the post-game interview that Bo Smith is no Deion Sanders.

Montana State IS what "they" think Montana is.

Bobcats 34
UNC 16

Bobcats score on touchdowns by Jefferson (1 receiving, 1 rushing),
on TD run by Groves, TD reception by Elliot Barnhart, 2 field goals

UNC gets a safety by another botched roll out punt deep in Bobcat territory. Gotta believe there's gonna be three games in a row with a safety.

We come out guns blazing, then lax off as usual and let UNC back in the game. But just as Cat fans start to say "here we go again", the defense gets a huge turnover and rejuvinates us. We roll from that point on.

27-14

Official forfeit is 1-0, but a 'W' is a 'W.' :)
