This team can do it...

Post by catsrback76 » Mon Sep 18, 2006 9:06 pm

This team can turn it around and this is the weekend to get well. Eastern Washington lost to Central Washington so they will be coming into our house with 0 momentum.
The offense needs to establish the run with Mason and Taito and Carpenter will start and needs to throw short outs until he gets his rythym like at CU. Take the CU gameplan and do it again!!!

Defense is all about attitude and swagger. Daly has it and needs to smack some heads in the huddle and I think we will respond.

IF we come out with a W we will be 2-2 and have a chance to get this poison out of our system. It is not over yet.

I wouldn't count EWU to come in with 0 momentum. Infact, that attitude will earn you 3 losses in a row. I'd expect EWU to be just as hungry to win. I would say you guys are in a better place being in Bozeman though.

This would be compared to the mounds of momentum we have built up? I have to agree whith Shaker, we cannot play this game like EWU is going to be a cakewalk. They have owned us the past three years and looking themselves to stay in the Big Sky hunt. If you don't think this is gonna be a ball game you better wake up.

They were in the top 25 preseason this year and will be after defeating EWU last week. The Question to be answered is who will be higher ranked in D-2 Chadron or Central Wash.? Considering they both beat their 1-AA team, which defeat was more dominating and i think Chadron beat the cats by 12 and CW beat EWU by only 7. This should be the game that decides the bottom of the BSC.
You are truly f#%@#%ing idiot. I never seen so much horses&%t come from person's mouth.

You're running a real close second as you have dethroned as bunghole of the year. Better start campaigning real soon

I think we can turn it around, but it'll be tough to set up the pass with the run. Teams are going to be in the box and making the QB beat them. Until Cory or Jack does that, we won't be establishing the run. Our D played well enough in the first half for us to be ahead at halftime, but we won't move the ball unless we complete passes 7-15 yards downfield or pop loose on a screen play.

True. Eastern has been tough but this year they are reeling and coming into Bozeman. My point is THIS is the game that we need. I'm not saying it will be easy, I am saying it can be done and this is the week to do it. IT begins with one win.

What is your sick facination with someone else saying that you are right? Okay, I'll take the bait, your facts probably are right. It's what you do with those facts is why BS keeps getting called on you. Any set of facts can be taken out of context, twisted, and have a completely illogical conclusion drawn from them. Like taking previous years rankings and trying to apply them to a current year's team. Or like taking a D-2 rankings logic path, and then jumping over to how this weeks game will determine the bottom of the BSC.

Now maybe if there were just a few more Montana kids on this board, then maybe we would all gel together and agree with you [sarcasm off].

Just leave little Turder Brown. Facts can be discussed but to end your little analysis with the bottom of the BSC comment, you sort of rubbed some of us the wrong way. If you want to smack, go there. We are not ready to write the season off.
