Oh man......are we ever bored! How many days, hours, minutes and seconds until 1:30 on 2 September Still wondering why Weber isn't getting any respect...and he may be a little more insightful as to what Lewis is doing in Pokey than we care to admit.

The only thing I'm in complete agreement with is that the Fizzlies are riding their reputation going into the season. Way overated.

One unproven QB doesn't make you a top 5 team. We had a proven QB and a hell of an offense and couldn't crack the top 10. I'll stick to my forecast for a bad 2006 for ISU.

LOL, not really. I'd say we're closer to a 12 than a 3 right now.

On the other hand, MSU at 15...

The Big Sky Media Guide lists all of the players in the conference who earned post season recognition and are returning. ISU had someone at nearly every position. 4 OL, TE, 2 RB, 1 WR, 1 DL, 2 LB and 1 or 2 DB. If Gutierrez is better than average they will be pretty tough. THe weak link for them is the D-line. Maybe? They also had a transfer OL from Oregon and a DB from Michigan. It seems like they should have gotten a little more respect.

I am not as sold on ISU as this guy is either. The QB will help but he alone isn't going to make them a top 5 team IMHO. I think he is about perfect with the griz though. He is especially accurate on his comment that they don't even own the state any longer - let alone the BSC.

When's the last time the Fizzlies received the leagues autobid?
