When the author mentioned "All its returning talent from 2024" referring to NDSU, I misunderstood that comment to mean they weren't graduating many players... which is way false. I think I counted 27 seniors on the 2024 roster, and I didn't research to see if they lost additional players off that squad to transfers or other reasons. That's a pretty bug number. I still don't think it will prevent them from winning it all again but we'll see.

Hard to put much credence in this when teams that played for the championship aren't even considered "contenders."

Teams? SHSU and JMU are gone. UM is the only to play for a championship but that’s the only time they’ve made the semis.
