The quest for 1-0, 10-0 starts today. The Hornets seem to have been blasted with raid spray over the last several weeks. They'll come into Bobcat Stadium limping a bit.

Eastern and Sac State are similar teams. The big difference, Sac doesn't have a QB run game like Eastern does, nor do they run the ball as well. Will Conklin be able to sling it around enough to score some points? Nobody has this year against the Cats, but we will see.

The Sac D isn't great, maybe a bit better than Eastern, but they are banged up, and playing on the road. In front of the home crowd for the first time in a month, will the Cats put on a show? I'd say the chances are pretty good.

Better Raid than PAM. That they can leave at home.

Should be a good test for MSU’s pass defense. It’s a good game with traveling to UC Davis and Hastings coming up.

Conklin is the best passing quarterback the Bobcats have faced all year. He may put some things on film for Davis, but at the same may expose some things for MSU to clean up prior to going there.

Oddly enough MSU could lose this game and still win the BSC outright by winning next two depending on how other games go.

1-0 mentality has kept all of us in check all year. Only scenario in front of this team had best bee the stingerless honeybees. Play our game. Enjoy our home field. UCD game and that other game will be here soon enough.

Does anyone know if there is an Alumni watch party in Las Vegas today? I am down in LV for the Billy Joel concert but would love to catch the game.

I’m going to be watching the LBs this weekend to see how they play against a QB who can slice and dice. I’m trusting the D line to put enough pressure to make Sacs QB uncomfortable and throwing off cadence. I trust the Offense will move the ball and score points, but I think our vulnerability is with a passing efficiency Offense.

Should be a fun home game. No let down and no distractions this weekend…and onto the the meat of the Conference coming in the next 2 weeks. Go Bobcats!

Good thing I have ESPN+. Was supposed to be on local channels but FBS games are all that's on. Last week it said Horse Racing but it was the Cats game. This week nothing like that.

Cats up 14-0 early. Long Jet Sweep by Ty for the first TD and Tommy walks in the 2nd. The 2’s and 3’s will be in early!

I didn't know it was legal to show a murder on live television. Every offensive play so far has been a first down or a touchdown.

The Stockman Bank weather report at the opening of the ESPN + broadcast said we were playing at Roos Field Cheney, WA.
