The most unofficial Bobcat gameday thread - Idaho State

Another year, another dome. Can we shake the dome demons? I think we can. I think the team will come out fast and punch ISU in the mouth.
The biggest questions today will will be in the defensive secondary and the passing game on offense. Can we stop the big plays against ISU and can we pass well enough to keep the ISU defense honest? We shall see.
ISU plays the 3-3-5 on defense. They are decently disciplined, but if they miss assignments and gaps the run game has the potential to make big plays. With the best OL in the country. I expect just that today from the offense.
We think (maybe know) we are one of the 4 best teams in the country, today is a good chance to prove that against a better than usual ISU team. Will fans panic if we win a close game? Downplay the win if we win big? Yes
Here's to another great Caturday. Go Cats Go!

Re: The most unofficial Bobcat gameday thread - Idaho State
For those who haven't figured it out yet MTN is only available on Direct TV or over air antenna. Neither Spectrum or Dish are carrying the MTN channel.
ESPN+ for streaming or other streaming channels are the other options.

Mercyhurst is getting absolutely worked over by a DII team right now, probably more than we did to them.

Today we all will see if scheduling the cupcake teams(Mercyhurst)had any effect on readiness for Big Sky play.

I don’t think any of MSUs previous games will have anything to do with the outcome today.
The Bobcats could win the next four National Championships with undefeated records and Otis will still blame the Mercyhurst game when they lose in 2028.

I LIKE IT!!! Mods, can I change my username?
Seriously, I don't know if there will be any effect. Just speculating.

UND looks to be a damn potent offense. Not sure how good Murray state is but they're in a bit of a lopsided shoot out right now.
USD is smacking around SIU, I didn't have a chance to watch the start of that game but are they the best of the Dakotas? SDSU hasn't looked as crisp this year for sure and the NDSU defense hasn't been up to championship caliber.
Interested to see how this Sac St. N Arizona game goes. Gotta be rough traveling from basically sea level to the Walkup Skydome.
I'm pumped for Big Sky conference play to start. I think the Bobcats are going to win today but it'll be a fun watch and like many have said, the dome voodoo will play a part in the game. The Bobcat offense is going to grind them down and Tommy has been looking very clean passing so far. We will see what new looks the coaches cook up to adjust to the ISU defense and open up the field.
