For those in the know, is there any chance Valdez puts on more mass and/or is able to slide out to DE? He is excellent at the 3T, but it might be easier to recruit the interior on the portal.
I would guess iDL is the hardest position to recruit. They’ll have to do a lot of recruiting to keep him here until he graduates. He’s the best pass rushing DT in the conference…I wouldn’t move him at all.
Good thing he's an engineer!
Everyone needs to get on the Bobcat collective and purchase one of the Valdez t-shirts or hoodies. Get the kid some cash.
I just was there. Where do you find them?

So, can anyone explain how our roster is going to look? I'm counting 102 players on the roster, and I don't think that includes gray shirts and possible other true freshmen\scout team players from this year? Then I think we graduate 12 seniors. Is Covid still playing into how many players we can carry on the active roster? Just wondering if players currently on the roster will be asked to move on.
Yeah. I think there will definitely be some attrition. Some retiring due to injury. Some leaving on their own accord, some not invited back. I'd imagine we are also planning to sign some transfers.

That's what I was thinking. I know we're limited in how many players that can travel, but is there a limit to how many players we can have on the active roster and suited up at home... and do we reach that limit? Someone said NDSU carries 120 on the active roster.

105 to start the fall, 120 after the school starts.

There’s a few players on scholarship that are in their 3rd-4th year here and struggling to get on the depth chart. I would guess some of them won’t be on the roster next year. And there will always be some transfers.

From coach V, Brock is already on the roster and he hopes to pull in some additional DL.

based on the latest list, this is who we still are not 100% but have previously committed to MSU.

Zac Waible - (OR) - LB - 3-star https://twitter.com/ZacWaible
*Lucas Tuski - (OR) - RB * possible Gray shirt https://twitter.com/TuskiLucas

And for Colson Coon, we still don't know where he is going.
