MSU scored on all of its drives, except victory formation, and one of UM’s.

I guess the most gratifying was just Lil' Robby whiffing tackles over and over.

I said it during the game and after having watched it again I think I am right. a lot of plays were designed to ISO on Robby, it was flawless. It has to me one of the most humiliating defeats the Hauk family has ever had.

EVErYTHING about that is satisfying. Robbie deserved being humiliated like that! And, well Bobby of course will blame the moon and the stars for conspiring against his brilliant coaching…”the reports of the demise of the griz…” !
BUT, from a game perspective, I too loved the INT for Ortt and the Snell to Pickering TD…again it featured a complete suck in on robin H…so was all the more satisfying.

Re: Favorite Moment from Saturday
Three of many, many favorites are Robbie H getting pancaked at the end of the Marquis Johnson run (starting at 12:24 2nd Qtr) and his personal foul tackle of Chambers on the very next play. There are still small justices in this world.
My last pick is the crowd noise causing 3 false starts by the gris offense. Go Bobcat Nation!

Saturday
From the morning drive watching the sunrise to the evening ride.
Just a glorious day.
But, it had to be when we all realized Coach was not going to slow down, get conservative or let up.
He let the kids play.

Re: Favorite Moment from Saturday
Gosh-so many moments.
Our sign making it on GameDay.
Expecting standing and watching GameDay to be a miserably uncomfortable experience and being totally wrong. I loved it! Being part of that crowd was a lifetime highlight-considering I've watched that show religiously for so many years.
Coming back at halftime to find out the griz fans scattered around our section didn't come back. And it wasn't that they were rude or Bobcat fans were rude to them-everyone seemed pretty friendly, but not having them there in the second half said everything about how the game was going.
My favorite football play after thinking about it: Marqui Johnson's touchdown run. His speed, the hole, the blocking-all perfection.
That was a fun day.

Think it was the Cats' second drive. Snell has a great seal block on a sweep by Tommy. Big yards. Knew the game was over after this play.

Re: Favorite Moment from Saturday
I think every pick that I would choose for on field favorite has been pointed out. Off the field some favorites came from the announcing booth. In the 2nd qtr with the clock at about 3:53 Marty said, "The momentum was with the Grizzlies down by 3 scores, they turned it over, now the momentum back with the Bobcats if they can convert this 3rd down."
LOL Just what kind of homer do you have to be to think the Gris had the momentum in that situation or ever in that game?
It was also fun to hear every time that Ty made fun of Marty and Marty had no clue that he was the butt of the joke. The whole thing with the shot clock was hilarious.

Re: Favorite Moment from Saturday
I really can't pick a favorite play, the Griz were utterly dominated, it was a thing of beauty. But the reason I reference that fumble recovery is that Rylan Ortt made a huge hustle play tackling Roberts on the 1 and saving a TD. I think on the next play is when Johnson fumbled the ball.

Choate’s fumble recovery for a touchdown. For a Senior walk- on who stuck it out for 5 years playing mostly on special teams that’s a pretty cool way to go out on Senior Day. He really deserved that one.

Not to worry, little roobbie got credit for a tackle every time he hit the ground or piled on after the play was over.

After all the talk of only beating Weber due to the safeties, watching that snap go over the punters hands was by far my favorite play. The jump pass was a close 2nd. Great day/week/year to be a Bobcat!

My favorite moment was when Mony Mony came on the 1st time Everybody in my section had been asking for it the entire 4th quarter.
