Color me very very skeptical that the Big Sky's push for GameDay will be any more successful than it was last year. JSU has Deion Sanders, MSU has...a lot of snow and ice usually at that time of year. They'd probably use the new celebrity Bobcat fan Nick Faldo as guest picker.

I honestly thought the crowd would be 2-3 times bigger. The cold weather maybe? Maybe they trickle in later? Do they limit the number of fans initially? I wouldn’t think so

^ There wasn't any limit on attendance when it was at the Bison games. There was 1000's of people and very crowded events at the couple that were there.

Over 10K attended in a downtown setting near the stadium.

Watching ESPN College GameDay in Bozeman on the greatest college campus in America, and watching Lee Corso don the Bobcat head, may be the greatest thing I've seen in my lifetime when it comes to Bobcat athletics. My life is complete.......

I thought those who were there represented well! It’s not easy getting young people out of bed early. Glad the rodeo and ski team got some much deserved recognition too.The only thing missing was a hot tub.

ESPN isn't looking for someone with ties to the state, they're looking for someone who a fan in Texas or Virginia or Florida will probably know. Faldo was the obvious choice to me all along, he already lives in Bozeman and most sports fans know who he is.
