Hope we get him. This is a fascinating decision as MSU actually outdrew Tulsa in attendance last year. Tulsa also played in a bowl game in Conway, SC with just 6,500 fans in attendance. These are always interesting battles against lower G5 teams.
As someone who attended both MSU and Tulsa, I can assure everyone MSU has a far better game day environment. It’s not close on that front.
Tulsa has some recent success putting guys into the NFL, with a first round pick in the last 2 drafts. The school also has tons of money—multi-billion dollar endowment with very small enrollment.

Interesting. I think
@spider attended TU as well. Curious to gauge his thoughts on your take.
Eric Curry
STILL makes me sad.

Happy Chance Wilson decision day everyone. How're we feeling? I'd feel better if we got a random tweet from Vigen soon

I’ll be pleasantly surprised if he commits but also aware that he will probably get higher offers down the road. Fingers crossed he commits and the Cats sign him in December.

My very uneducated guess would be 60/40 in favor of the Cats. I think we’re kind of an odd team to be on his list, compared to Tulsa and NM State. No chance he picks NM State, imo. Has us listed over NDSU, which is also a little strange, if we’re being honest. Dad played with Vigen, mom went to MSU. I think we’ve got a real good chance.
Hate to brag, but I’m gonna anyways.

Well, 50% on this prediction isn't horrible.

Did you not see all the posts that said Tulsa would be hard to beat? Not a lot of ppl would expect an FCS school to beat out the hometown FBS school.

That wasn’t really a prediction, that was an opinion.

Lots of posts?? Virtually every post indicated that MSU had a legit shot over the lower G5 Tulsa program. I guess that I am not exactly sure why you are bragging about your 60/40 chance
To be clear, Wilson could be the top MSU recruit this year. He is a spectacular athlete. But beating out Tulsa is not a huge surprise - especially given his Mom attended MSU and his dad played with Vigen.

But his dad knows vigen!! 3*** goes to 5 stars on the bobcat roster.
Probably one of the main reasons he'll be here.
Good call CatGrad. You too BelligerentBobcat.

Earlier I had posted that Wilson’s mom went to MSU, and I was incorrect about that. That was Luke Talich’s mom who went to MSU. Talich is also a super athletic QB that we had offered, from Wyoming. I got that mixed up in my head, my apologies.

No. 4 ranked in Oregon.
4.Campbell Sager 6-5 245 DE Westview- Sager earned 1st team All-Metro honors making 25 tackles, with 3 tackles for loss and 2 sacks on the season. Not crazy #s but Sager is a physical presence coming off the edge, and impresses on multiple fronts.
