About Colson Coon: “One week later he scored all 34 points in Sheridan’s 34-23 victory over Cheyenne East in the state championship game at the University of Wyoming’s War Memorial Stadium. Coon rushed for three touchdowns, scored another on a pick-six, kicked two field goals and made all four extra points.”

This is crazy — just crazy, especially at the top level of Wyoming High School football. Even Troy would give a tip of his Falcon helmet to this young man. Come be a Bobcat, please? Just think of the scholarship money he could save MSU — maybe he could get a NIL deal with Swiss Army Knife. Seriously — is this a record of some sort?
Players have scored all of their team’s points before, obviously, but no one has scored this many of all their team’s points as this.

MSU - 15 team National Champions (most recent 2021); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

He’s a sophomore. He’s got a lot of time to grow/get bigger. 5’8 155 at 15 years old isn’t bad at all.

It was right after the W&M game. No idea but maybe saw the cold on ESPN and decided it wasn't for him.
