LOVED the tailgate tent but could have been twice as big!! (I never actually stood under the tent anyway.) Way better than the individual Bison tailgates scattered around. Surprised there were NO garbage cans anywhere. I blame the security lines on the NCAA and not the venue. I'd bet you $100 that the NCAA went on the cheap to staff the event. As for the Friday night alumni function, what in the world were the caterers thinking? 5 little tiny bars for 2,000 Montanan's????? Ran out of beer about 1/2 way through the 3 hour event! Ridiculous! I hope the Foundation got some of our $150,000 back. Had a really good time at the Stockyards on Friday. I'd do that again. Our group went Thursday through Monday, which I would recommend. We rented an AIR BNB for 6 people in Plano for under $800.

I was there to tailgate at 4:40.
=D^
Wasn’t too many people there yet still at 6:30.

That's the one thing I would have done differently. Make my group get out of bed, get a breakfast burrito, and get to the tailgate at 7:00 instead of 8:30!

I think the venue is perfect, aside from the field. It just needs to be on turf or on a dedicated grass football field. Soccer fields are much softer and any time you see a football game played on one, including the NFL games in Europe, the immaculate grass field is shredded to ****** when the football game is over.
Brooks Nuanez had a great photo of it. It was posted on Twitter.

One of the highlights for me was this girl that got on someone’s shoulders during a timeout and kept waving a sign or something :) around until she got on the stadium video board. But she wasn’t done. She kept it up until the ESPN cameraman on the rollers got her on TV. Great effort!! That was in the fourth quarter I think. MSU fans repped it better than any team that has ever lost by 28 in a title game. Good stuff!

Turned on the TV this afternoon and ESNPU had a replay going. I've avoided watching replays of the game so far but it was quite a ways into it and thought I could catch the end and see the TD pass and what ESPN was saying. Saw this girl and agree it was great. ESPN announcers definitely gave BobcatNation credit for sticking with it and keeping up the support.

Fans absolutely wrecked the porta potties before and after the game. I visited one potty after the game and the amount of bottles, cans, and trash inside was something I’d never seen before.

My buddies all complained when I got them up by 4:00 but were surprised when we weren’t first ones there.
They let me leave the lot to go get breakfast tacos up the street. When I came back there were quite a few new neighbors.

Embarrassing but I think it was worse with no trash cans. We filled two extra 50 gallon bags we had and didn’t make a dent.
