Where?
MSU will probably announce the location and basic design soon. The facility won't be too far from the stadium.

I'm guessing we'll be losing some stadium parking.
Or
It's going in the Museum of the Rockies.

I think it makes more sense to have it closer to the BAC locker room than where originally planned. You would have had to dress-out in the BAC locker room, cross Kagy Blvd and walk across snowy Dyche Field / parking lot to get the IPF at that location.
Maybe they will put in a tunnel lol Ike Michigan?

That holding pond needs to go. There’s your additional parking. I could never understand why it was ever put there in the first place.

The water in there is used for irrigation of the campus. I don't see why it needs to go at all.

Is it going to be a multi purpose facility or just football ?

It can be used by track even though it will not have a track. If they get surprised and raise a lot more money than expected they will add a track.

Lots of rumors here. Is this really happening? Is the money 100% in place? Any idea when MSU will make an official announcement?

Really happening, not 100% yet but getting there. Announcement probably coming soon.

So it’s the famous MSU “quiet” phase. I knew my three year prediction was accurate 🤣

Gotta believe yesterday was a HUGE in terms of getting the IPF funded/finished/whatever. Also, gotta believe yesterday may have swayed some possible whales for future endeavors(east side grandstand, suites, boxes, ect). College Gameday AND stomping the gwizzlies on the same day?! Combine that with another deep playoff run and I see some BIG $$$ coming MSU's way. Oh boy.

Pretty sure Gregorak was talking about the IPF after the game, so it's not totally hush, hush

I'm sure they'll let Nick Faldo hit golf balls in there during the off hours.

My initial take is it was lousy to have Faldo as the game day personality. However from a perspective of funding, it might have been a stroke of genius. Get him to contribute some seed money and and badger all of the folks up on the mountain to drop in a huge amount.

Faldo made up for his Gameday showing during Ashley's sideline interview. Said some cool stuff.

MSU - 15 team National Champions (most recent 2021); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

I’ve never watched Gameday before I saw a little bit of it yesterday before the game, but doesn’t ESPN choose the guest picker

Go back and listen to Faldos pick on the USC game. He pretty much nailed the outcome of that game. I would be happy if he bought us some new speakers. Those are about as embarrassing as the Griz defense.
