Really impressed with how our play calling has advanced in the past two weeks… month… last 12 games. I’m sure it all has to do with limitations on the OL.

Now I’m wondering if MM isn’t just a sly fox who smells rotten eggs in the henhouse. I would want to play for this offense either.

Not sure if you're watching the same game I am? I see a much more dynamic offense that actually has the ability to move the ball against a pretty good defense. The wind isn't helping much but TM is making some nice reads.

What???? I’ve noticed a lot more diversity in the Offense today. But maybe I just have my blue and gold glasses on.

The Cats may win today but our offense is not going to take us any further. The offense looks a little better with Mellot at QB but the play calling is still not good. Housewright needs to go after this season. Also, we just lack the swagger and intensity we played with under Choate. The Griz seemed to have it back. It is an important ingredient when you get into the playoffs. Looking for a better second half!!

As the leader of the Anti-Houseright brigade, I agree. Playcalling is much better today. A lot of sideline to sideline and short to intermediate passes. I’m pretty pleased overall. Just need to finish some drives!

It’s his first start, looks pretty decent so far. Give it some time

I don’t see any “juice” on the MSU sidelines, the players aren’t looking to be “amped”. One of the great qualities of Choate teams was the energy, they just LOOKED like they couldn’t wait to get hands on you! Maybe it looks different at the stadium today than it does on TV?

We are 3-12 in passing for 15 or so yards. Yes. More variety but not getting us anywhere. Utm blitzing like griz. No time to pass. Most passes too low. Run game good. Really have not stopped us until we decide to pass 2 or 3 times. Times. But understand have to mix it up. Anyones game from where we are sitting. Just one pass by Winn. He is actually on target most of the time. Btw I am sitting at the 50
