It was an ugly win for sure. Although the 2nd half was waaayyyy better than the 1st. If not for the kneel downs we outscore them 28-7 in the 2nd half.

I honestly think a game like this is necessary to get where we want to go. We learned more about our weaknesses and what other teams might exploit today than over the last 3 weeks. We need to figure out how to get production out of more than just McCutcheon and Ifanse though. Lots of good film to look at... If the cameras actually caught half the action lol.

The D held PSU to 120-130 yards in the 2nd half. Even with Alexander running all over and making plays, and blowing a couple coverages they still did well. The designed run plays averaged about 3 ypc for PSU. For how ugly the 1st half was, the 2nd half looked like a different team.
