Have no idea why. Vigen said he was suspended. Sounded like a one game deal, and I’m not gonna speculate.justafan wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:09 amsuspended game day notes said injured. why suspended?BelligerentBobcat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 06, 2021 8:21 pmSain was hurt, Tui was suspended.
McElroy started in replacement of Tui, then got replaced for Dylan Porter after a couple series.

Re: Injuries
Vigen said he was suspended for violation of team rules. That's all we need and deserve to know.justafan wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:09 amsuspended game day notes said injured. why suspended?BelligerentBobcat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 06, 2021 8:21 pmSain was hurt, Tui was suspended.

100% - that's why I asked! I was quite surprised to not see him in at RB when Ifanse needed a breather. Love Sumner but just didn't seem to be getting it done.

He got 2 carries. Pretty sure Isaiah had a few carries that went nowhere too.catatac wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 4:22 pm100% - that's why I asked! I was quite surprised to not see him in at RB when Ifanse needed a breather. Love Sumner but just didn't seem to be getting it done.

Any body here anything on Benson? Saw him go down, that’s all I know. Definitely need him next week.

Guessing it’s the same back injury he has been battling all year.

Looked to me like something in the thigh/groin area. Like he just got dinged or something.mslacatfan wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 7:45 pmLong Time Cat wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 7:17 pmAny body here anything on Benson? Saw him go down, that’s all I know. Definitely need him next week.

Oh, and in the post game interview, Vigen said he thought they came out pretty healthy, nothing too serious.
Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Re: Injuries
That was my first thought as well, but as he walked off it kinda looked like he was favoring his left hip. Like make a hip pointer possibly. But a back injury could've had the same look I suppose.mslacatfan wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 7:45 pmLong Time Cat wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 7:17 pmAny body here anything on Benson? I just hope it's not too serious, whatever it is.

Re: Injuries
No, Cole Sain played the rest of the game.
While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

As stated above he didn't, but he had his helmet on ready to go. He spoke with Vigen a lot throughout the 4th quarter.

Just watched the game again and Zach Redd was back in. He was in on the last touchdown run.BleedingBLue wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 11:41 amAs stated above he didn't, but he had his helmet on ready to go. He spoke with Vigen a lot throughout the 4th quarter.

Re: Injuries
Did the Bearkats get a little dinged up in their shootout against IWU?..haven't had a chance to watch that one yet.
Also is Kyle Rygg out for the year?

They lost a DB to targeting late in the game, he will sit the bench the first half of our game.Bobcatsinmso wrote: ↑Mon Dec 06, 2021 10:49 amDid the Bearkats get a little dinged up in their shootout against IWU?..haven't had a chance to watch that one yet.

I saw a few others go down, but nothing that I thought would hold them out this week.

13:12 mark for injury updateBleedingBLue wrote: ↑Mon Dec 06, 2021 4:35 pmWas there a presser today and if so any mention of Session or Benson's injuries?
Chase will be good to go. "Typical Monday soreness...accumulation...walked off field Saturday certainly beat up...I trust we will get him back out there...". Sounds like the "normal" soreness, abuse, traffic wreck beatings that a Nose would take during a long season.
TJ out through at least December.
Elliott healthy. Sounds as if Lane has just beat him out. I think also they want Lane to mirror Ifanse's running plays with Elliott more outside. I bet we see Elijah take the #2 spot the week.
On a side note, Vigen is a split-personality in press conferences vs. the locker room. I used to think he to struggled for words at the table but know I can see with each question he tells himself "Make some ****** up so that I don't give anybody the real answer about what is happening." Smart guy.
