We lost Thelen so I'm assuming they wanted to add to the QB room.

Makes sense, just seems late on his end. You'd think a 3* QB from CA would have committed before June. I wonder why he was still available.

Man, he is pretty mobile for a tall feller. I love that release too.

3 star according to who? Some random QB site that I’ve never heard of? And why do we still care about stars?

Dual sport athlete? I'm sure Sprinks wouldn't mind an extra 6'6 scorer on the team, even if it was just for conference play. Was Scott Harry the last bobcat to suit up for both? Don't know that I will count Aaron Rich (I think? Someone correct me if I've got the wrong guy) and his infamous vertical punt as a part of the '99 squad.

Did Mecklin Davis ever actually play a game for the football team? I know he tried out and was practicing with the team.

He doesn't expect to start this year. But next year.....
