I figure we should probably start a thread, because I imagine there will be more to come:
After every play he participated in, it seemed Marshall was close to getting a flag for conduct. He seemed pretty hot headed. Sure was dynamic on the jet sweep though for sure.....
He got up talking trash at Hauck's kid and justifiably so. Hauck delivered a cheap shot at the end of the play. One of two such plays by Hauck I saw during that game.
I'm impressed Hauck was in a position to make a tackle twice in that game...
Ha, yeah, but both of those players were down. Actually one was well on his way out of bounds and the other was about to hit the ground. Both times the hits were unneccessary, but legal.
Oh that makes sense.
I just assumed he tripped our O-Linemen while they were jogging to the endzone to celebrate and he was still sprawled out on his back.
95% of you would love a player exactly like Little Bobby Hauck on the team. He still wouldn’t be any good, but I guarandamntee you’d love him.
Absolutely I would be a fan if he was a bobcat. All I have ever done is make fun of the defensive stats the griz produce. Somehow the safety and both LB’s manage to produce 4x more tackles then there are snaps in a game. Hahah
The inflated stats lead to them getting voted into all conference and/or all American teams... which is why I have always felt hauck is overrated.

IDK about that, I don't think Robbie would make our team. He's not fast, takes terrible angles and is always 1 step behind players that are athletically equal or better than he is. We had some players like that (quite a few actually), 2014-15... it was like Alex was our lone defender. I supported them because they were Bobcats, but most were not very good and I don't remember people having a whole lot of love for those defenses.

100% concur.
One time Choate mentioned in a presser that he had a GA count Olson's tackles for a game. Official count from um: 18 tackles. MSU GA count: 12. Choate was quick to say Olson was a helluva LB and played a fantastic game. 12 tackles is a 1st team all conference type performance. 18 was complete and total nonsense.
The first play is at 1:06:25 and while he could've pulled up, it was clearly not a late hit. The second play is at 1:57:45 and this time Marshall is well out of bounds, but Hauck piled on. I'm not rules expert, but that one seems like it could've been flagged and I don't think anyone from UM would've complained about.

Yeah, he's definitely overrated based on what I've seen, but I only watch UM when they play MSU. He's about as good Khari Garcia, who I liked, but I don't recall him getting any all-bsc honors.
Lets be honest here. He's the son of the coach and nephew of an ex-NFL player, who was indeed a stud, and gets his stats padded at home games. A big reason his dad came back to UM was to bring his kid with him and coach him. I don't think Coach Hauck will stay at UM for more than a year after his son is done.

Oh good grief. He wouldn’t start, but he would make the roster and most definitely play. Every single coach wants a player like that on the team.
Robby definitely went to the Connor Straum school of defense. I guess they need at least one of those per team. It's like the "37" only no numerical identification, just watch!

A player who makes phantom tackles? Good grief you can have him.

If you think all the coaches in the league are voting off of a stat sheet, you got a thing or two to learn.
Little Bobby isn’t as good as the Griz think, but he’s not as bad as some of you think either.
I liken lil bobby to Glen Lerner. If anybody has spent any time in Las Vegas, they’d know what that means. Glen Lerner has billboards all over the city and constantly running ads for his law firm. He’s an admitted ambulance chaser and that’s how I envision lil bobby.
Flashes of elite capability, poised to explode, running with the 3rd team in the scrimmage.
One of these is not like the others.
Uh... coming from a guy that says Charles Brown is the best WR on the team by far, and "it isn't even close"... yet he's not on the two deep at any of the receiver positions from what I can see.

Possible they want to redshirt him? That would mean random snaps in 4 games (maybe save him for playoff games???)
