Not sure why he waited until after the initial signing period, but here you go. Yes, I know he is a PWO and they don’t sign anything.

So now we have the son of the Cats O-line coach, and the son of the Gris O-line coach (Alex Germer....basketball).
I'd say we're doing pretty good in the in-state wars. :-)

The Cats also have the son of the current head coach and the son of the previous head coach.

Probably waiting to see if his dad had a job here next year.

I hope that if we sign any transfers none of them are DB's from the U of Utah.

Utah has one of their top 3 RBs playing corner today because they are so depleted in the secondary.

You imagine if Dylan Rollins hit the portal, transferred to MSU and was on the o-line with this dude.

This one surprised me a little. Great to add depth but we are taking a transfer that was benched midway during the season who’s career completion rate is 48%. Obviously Vigen is very aware of his abilities, but I am surprised to see him joining the team.

A poke fan on the Wyoming forum seemed to have enough inside information that he called this move in mid-December. In hindsight it shouldn’t have surprised me either.

Today is the first day we can host official visits again. We missed a few of these from our playoff run so I’d figure we’d have a few kids on campus today.

Just a little more than two weeks out from NLI day #2. Wanted to see if anyone had seen any movement on recruits or visits or anything of the sort?
While coming home from Frisco in the Minneapolis airport there were three gris coaches coming back from what I can only guess was recruiting. I made sure to walk by them several time with all of my Bobcat gear on just to remind them that Cats played in the natty.

I’m always curious what happened to players that committed to MSU and then bailed to go somewhere else, like Grady Robison (in the portal) and this guy. Pierce was committed to MSU right up until signing day. He is in the portal now but graduated early and that’s pretty impressive.

Oh wow. I forgot about him. I remember thinking he’d be a big time get.

He didn’t have much success at UConn and went 1-11 this year. Even though UConn is FBS, the Cats offer larger crowds and more winning. Still has 3 years left?? Listed as a redshirt Sophomore.

His Twitter post says 2 years left.

I would love to pick this guy up (he should have signed with MSU to begin with). Any added beef/depth to the DL is a good thing!

What I really want to see though is 2 massive DT with some experience join the team....
