Has anyone been still following Choate on the Twitter machine? Those retweets from TX football...he has to be missing MSU's production quality. Sad that UT can't match it. TX Twitter is kind of boring.

Yes, I will admit to bad form! I have always and continue to be a strong Choate supporter but have always kind of wondered about his use of Troy particularly during his injury. At any rate, apologies to all...continue on!lutecat wrote: ↑Tue Mar 23, 2021 9:28 pmYeah. That was kind of a low blow and unfounded. Bad form 76. I have to agree with you. You would think they would be better than they are in that department. It says a lot about how good our production and content department at MSU is.

You're going to have similar questions about Vigen then too. He's already on record saying TA will play primarily on defense but will likely see offensive packages.catsrback76 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 24, 2021 1:06 amYes, I will admit to bad form! Nature of the beast fellas, the reward for having talent is typically more work. Always scratched my head when I saw Charles Woodson returning punts half way thru his HOF career.

Ya, I seem to remember a story where TA begged Choate to play in the Cat\Griz game and Choate laughed and said NOT A CHANCE. Not sure if that's 100% accurate but what I heard.lutecat wrote: ↑Tue Mar 23, 2021 9:28 pmYeah. That was kind of a low blow and unfounded. Bad form 76. Ya but Choate already knew Bobby was preparing for our linebacker to start at QB for some reason so he knew it was already in the bag.catatac wrote: ↑Wed Mar 24, 2021 1:41 pmYa, I seem to remember a story where TA begged Choate to play in the Cat\Griz game and Choate laughed and said NOT A CHANCE. Does anyone know when they're going to announce if they're going to let fans in for the Spring game?

Re: 2021 spring ball
Does anyone know if anyone at all is allowed to watch practices and what time they are practicing on weekdays and Saturdays?
We could watch last fall while they were practicing as long as we wore masks, etc.

Well chase Benson was going to wear it last fall, and since he's going to be back he may still wear it.coloradocat wrote: ↑Wed Mar 24, 2021 7:31 pmTroy sighting! Looks like he's waiting until fall to change numbers.

As far as I know, right now practices are only open to QB club members. The Spring game may be open to everyone.

Re: 2021 spring ball
Saw a clip on Twitter and it had a quick shot of Andersen hitting a tackling dummy. I won’t rate the hit, but when he trotted away from it with that strut in his step I was like, “uh-huh, he may not be 100%, but I’ve seen that hop in his step before and it’s just something to behold.” World class athlete.
