NCAA to vote on new rule next week

The new rule, if passed, would allow student athletes in all sports to transfer one time with immediate eligibility to play.

I have REALLY mixed feelings about this.
I think this is reasonable option for student athletes (making a significant life decision when you are 17 or 18 if pretty tough) but not ideal for teams (especially smaller schools).
I personally hope it doesn't happen, but it sounds like it most likely will go through.
