What are they meeting for? To ask if it's okay to ask people to wear masks?ilovethecats wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 2:21 pmOh they didn’t forget. Things are going right as planned.bobcat99 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 12:42 pmDid they forget that there are still people working these days? Good grief.

Just took the time to do a few seconds of research, and the Gallatin County Board of Health has been holding their meetings at 7:00 AM all the way back to January 2016, when the records of meeting minutes on their website begin. Probably a great meeting time 99% of the time, when they're discussing things that very few members of the public would have an interest in providing input on.
In other news, the Patriot League joined the Ivy League and cancelled their fall sports seasons today.

Many of these boards have meetings before the workday starts as the members all have regular jobs from 9 to 5.MSU01 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 3:14 pmJust took the time to do a few seconds of research, and the Gallatin County Board of Health has been holding their meetings at 7:00 AM all the way back to January 2016, when the records of meeting minutes on their website begin. Ya and they allowed input online all day today too. Think they had nearly 1500 comments earlier.MSU01 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 3:14 pmJust took the time to do a few seconds of research, and the Gallatin County Board of Health has been holding their meetings at 7:00 AM all the way back to January 2016, when the records of meeting minutes on their website begin. The point is it won’t matter. Every comment written could have been opposed to forced masks and everyone will still be forced to wear masks.
Personally I don’t know why they’re taking the time to meet in the first place?

A) Do nothing.
B) Shut down during tourist season
C) Make masks mandatory in public places
One choice gives us the best chance to watch some football this fall.

I didn't know we had so many griz fans in town.
While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

Wow. Totally selfish. Where does this kind of thinking come from? How does anyone come to the conclusion that their body and their decisions only matter to themselves during a pandemic. The virus doesn't have a brain and it isn't vindictive. It won't single out people that aren't taking precautions or decide to stay away from people that are.
