Maybe North Dakota should think about going to Florida or Minnesota to get some good high school players to play for them in the bowl. :-k

We might not be able to beat NDSU, but we sure kick their butts in this game. 20-6 that’s pretty good. Crazy to think that if Choate stays at MSU for 27 years, he would go 27-0 against UM. Mic drop!!!

Dammit, you beat me to it.
And then there is the question of competitiveness. The Montana all-stars have won five in a row over North Dakota by an average of 36 points, including scores of 63-0 in 2017 and 55-7 the following year.

It seems like kind of a chicken-and-egg thing, or maybe a feedback loop. Do UM and MSU have more local kids than the ND schools because the state has more talented athletes? Or do talented MT athletes focus more on football because they have a better chance of playing for a relevant and nearby team?
