It’s....The Claw! Name that movie. 🍿
Liar liar!
Better get going then. The claw's only weakness? Sub-zero temperatures!
Well, yeah, that movie, too, but I’m thinking of another one.

I'll take Toy Story for 200, Tom.

Looking at the steel beams they have up so far, it looks like they added some more second floor space that was not on the plans that went out to bid.
I am looking at the west side of the buildings where the staircase goes down to the Laundry facility.

The steel columns west of the stairs are there to support the tall parapet that wraps around and conceals some of the rooftop HVAC units.

Will it have suites on top? or at lest some SRO viewing of games on top?

Are endzone suites even a thing??
I don’t think that’s part of the plan for this phase of construction. You can probably see the field from offices until seating is added. Might have suites if they add another level. If they ever start getting SRO crowds for games other than Cat-Griz, homecoming and Gold Rush, they might have to add seating in the EZ.

I drove by today and the footprint is big. Once all the steel is up it’s going to look massive.

Yeah, I drove by there on Saturday to check the construction out before heading over to the softball game. :x Drove two hours up to watch the game only to find out it was canceled. Anyway, I was wondering why the steel workers were rocking on the framework Monday - Wednesday and did hardly anything on Thursday and nothing on Friday. I noticed when I visited that they had run out of steel to put up. I hope they get a steel shipment soon because I love watching the construction on the camera. Personally, I think they should put sky boxes on the East side when and if they renovate the East grandstands. That would make more sense.

I drove by today. Cats locker room is down. I would think the old visitors locker room will be coming down tomorrow. If we're playing a season this winter or spring. Were does the team go before and at halftime? The new building won't be done until next summer. A big ass tent?

Yes!!! Toy Story 3. Tear-jerker every time they’re sliding down the incinerator.

My vote is to enclose the west side area under the bleachers and put space heaters in.

The team could use the visiting team locker room and the visiting team could use the men’s bathroom under the east side. Have fun trying to warm up in there.

Have any of you been in our visitors locker room? It's very unpleasant. I think it's kind of rude.

I think the reason why the block houses are down is because they’ll have the locker room area of the BAC ready for the spring season.

When I played for the Cats, there were a few locker rooms about that bad.
Yeah Sac State, I am looking at you!

*Note- not a freezer box, but rather a sweat box.

Block houses are both down. Looks pretty different now. And they only have the west half of the building framed--makes you realize how big that building is once you realize it'll basically be twice the size of the beams currently up.

Appears like it will be massive....this will be a game changer for the Cats...what a great recruiting tool.
