Coach Choate

sat across from him on a flight into Bozeman last night. seemed like a genuinely nice guy, didn't talk a ton about football and just joked around and talked about normal things. i was pleasantly surprised. it was a returning flight from Denver, must have been doing some recruiting.

I would imagine he was at the annual coaches convention meetings. Coach Choate is a great dude; very personable and doesn't take himself too seriously. In that regard, he's very different from some other coaches I can think of.

That was a nice post. We feel pretty lucky to have the guy! Just curious, but we’re you expecting different? He always seems to be a good guy in the media. I believe that even Colter has said as much.

born and raised Bozeman resident, from a brood of cat fans. but my allegiance is firmly set regardless of football scores, records or coaches

he's the coach of the arch rival with 4 straight wins against the Griz. i was hoping for more of a reason to hate him

I can see that. Quite frankly, Bobby said plenty in his first go around to permanently cement him as an a-hole with Cat fans.
