2016 against the Bryant Bulldogs. Western Illinois uses a bulldog as its logo but their nickname "Leathernecks" derives from the U.S. Marine Corps.

Western Illinois has a mascot of a dog even though their name is Leathernecks...

Some bold predictions for our running game:

-MSU will exceed 425 yards rushing as a team.
-Logan Jones, who held himself out of the playoffs last year for the good of the program, will exceed 200 yards rushing individually.
-Five Bobcats will hit or exceed 50 rushing yards.
-The team will have 15 or more runs of 10+ yards.

These guys are the CAA champs, and they just rolled a team that was 11-1 with its only loss to a good Eastern Michigan team. These guys are going to come to win.

I am sure we offended several of the UA fans with our confidence but it would look strange if we came on this site saying woe is us, we are going to drop this game.
