Alright Bobcat fans it's playoff football time. I know many of us watched the Albany CCSU game, some of us were underwhelmed and beyond confident that the Cats should come away with a dominating win, while others are cautiously optimistic about what's ahead of the team this weekend. The Danes' fans have been checking out BobcatNation reading comments and taking that back to their board while several Cat fans have been doing the same. Danes' fans sounds similar to Cats fans of the past, not sure what type of game they're team is getting in to but believe in their team that a win is possible. I personally think the game is 65/35 on the Cats to win, but stranger things have happened. Many Bobcat fans are still basking in the victory over the dark pink a little more than a week ago, but I hope the players attention is now solely focused on putting these dogs on a leash and dragging them up and down the field at will.

Bad first half: Cats still up 14-10.
Great second half: Cats win 38-17.

I'm staying with my original prediction: 38-17 Bobcats.

5000 feet vs 300 feet. They do have several BIG guys. 330# and a 4700 foot difference will be tough after 2 1/2 quarters if the run game is leading to long drives. If we can go 10-12 play drives that will work in our favor. Throw in some semi-deep pass patterns and that will work on their defensive back.

Their BIG guys vs our speed on the pass rushers will wear them down.

Not saying they are not a quality football team just that some of the game day conditions/factors should give us an advantage.

And our 12th man advantage of a VERY LOUD crowd. Pack those stands and yell until you cannot yell anymore.

We continue to play well. Both lines again dominate. They are a solid opponent, but not good enough. We continue to run,run,run!

After nearly a perfect game against the frizzzzzz I think we play a little ragged and win 27-17.

Given our propensity for coming off of byes a bit sluggish and the dreaded "Griz Hangover"...

This isn't a slight to Albany by any means, I just think we are on a tear and this team has found its rhythm. If we can hold Maier and Sneed to well below their typical outputs, I think we will have success against Undercuffler. I think we do better against physical backs instead of the small super quick ones so we should hold Mofor to around 80-100 but I don't think he will pound us into submission. That said, its AGS and we haven't really put away a team from the CAA in the last couple tries so anything could happen. I think this team is fundamentally different than during Ash's days though, especially in the late season. Hope for a great day of football!
