Tickets are free for students

Post by BelgradeBobcat » Sun Dec 01, 2019 6:47 pm

Not sure what thread it was where this topic came up with several offering to buy tickets for students. No need, sponsors, the Quarterback Club, and the President stepped up.

There are around 1600 tickets that are free right now. If someone wants to contribute money to help purchase more tickets for students, then contact Bethany ASAP. Notice the “free while they last” remark.

Great news! I was just preparing a post that the Quarterback Club donated 200 tickets to students, in hopes it would drive other businesses and organizations to do the same. We need those students there!

Glad the QBC could help!

Does anyone know how many student tickets there are total for games? If 1600 are already covered how many are they short?

Email Bethany or call the guy I messaged you about.

They had Champ and some of the cheer squad on campus at noon today advertising this as well. They're doing a nice job so far!

@BethanyCordell and Rick were very helpful in helping out so that I was able to purchase a few extra student tickets to donate. The more students we can get to the game, the better!

You can still donate to student tickets today. Said they are at 2000 tickets and haven't' had to charge a student for a ticket yet!

Think of it this way, a $350 donation gets 50 more hooligans in there.

Call the ticket office and talk to Rick. Right now!

I think it is so awesome that MSU gets this kind of support, we have collectively donated more tickets to MSU students than Albany had total people at their playoff game. That's not a knock on Albany, just speaks volumes to the kind of support MSU has, which is impressive!
