I'm probably going to regret this but... what's ONE song you want to hear at Bobcat Stadium? We're putting the final touches on our music selection for the season, and I can always use extra selections.

Hells Bells on Third downs.

I like Pink Floyd’s Run Like Hell. The ostinato and rhythmic echoes would seem to match up well with the tempo and atmosphere of a football game.

First of all, you're definitely going to regret this, not probably.

Personally, I say ignore what anyone from this message board tells you to play. Our butts will be in our seats every Saturday whether we love the music or hate it. As great as the atmosphere is for Bobcat football games, having a consistently packed and excited student section would make it even better. So play what the students will enjoy and what will get them excited about coming to the stadium every week and not just for Gold Rush and Cat/Griz every other year.

Superman Theme whenever Troy scores or gets a turnover. Darth Vader theme at Cat-Griz whenever Bobby H. walks out on the field!!

I'm not sure what white knighting is. Was just trying to provide a little levity as these music threads invariably devolve into generational arguments about how terrible today's music is and how much better music was back before any current MSU student was 10 years from being born yet!

I am on the get rid of Sweet Caroline bandwagon. In fact, let’s do something unique to MSU and quit copying what everyone else does.
