Game times set
From MSU:
BOZEMAN, Montana – Montana State’s 2019 football schedule drew closer to completion Monday, with kickoff times firmed up for the first eight Bobcat games of 2019 and television partners announced for seven of the team’s 12 games.
Montana State’s home opener against Southeast Missouri, a 2018 FCS Playoff team seemingly destined for a spot in the subdivision’s major preseason polls, kicks off at 6 pm and serves as the 2019 Gold Rush game. The Gold Rush game and the September 21 contest against Norfolk State (1 pm) each air on the SWX Montana family of stations. The Big Sky opener against Northern Arizona on September 28 also begins at 1 pm, while the Homecoming game on October 12 against Sacramento State kicks off at 2 pm.
Montana State opens the season at Texas Tech on August 31. The Red Raiders and MSU kick off at 2 pm MT on Fox Sports Southwest, while the Bobcats play at Western Illinois on September 14 at 2 pm MT. That game airs on either ESPN+ or ESPN3. The team’s contest at North Dakota on October 26 is an 11 am kickoff, with the game televised on SWX Montana.
The television partners for the five Bobcat games not on ROOT Sports – games against NAU, at Cal Poly, Sacramento State, at Northern Colorado and at UC Davis – and the kick times for the team’s final four games will all be set later this summer.

I agree. I don’t even like night games when Clemson and Alabama are playing for the national championship. That’s a great game, but it’d be better during the day, especially at the home field of one of those two teams.AFCAT wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2019 5:50 pmI hate night games. No they’re getting such good ratings re-running the 2018 Cat-Griz game that they no longer need to play any other games.

I prefer night games as well.....just a better atmosphere I think. I have friends in Bozeman so if it's a night game I'm usually spending the night. I think this game could set the tone for the season. GO CATS!AFCAT wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2019 9:54 pmThe game is fine, it’s the long night time drive home that I despise. Re: Game times set
Love the Thursday night GOLD RUSH right before Labor Day. My company can stay and play golf over the weekend!Common Cat wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 10:27 am100% disagree here. Love night games! Feels unique, energy is high, players love it. IMO, MSU should have two night home games a year.TomCat88 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2019 6:23 pmI agree. I don’t even like night games when Clemson and Alabama are playing for the national championship. That’s a great game, but it’d be better during the day, especially at the home field of one of those two teams.AFCAT wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2019 5:50 pmI hate night games. At least Gold Rush is on a Saturday and not a Thursday like last year.TomCat88 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2019 5:14 pmFrom MSU:

Eleven Sports is a cable TV channel. I believe it's 623 on DirecTv. Not sure about other providers or if they have online access.grizzh8r wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 11:11 amOK so remind me again of how/where to view the Eleven sports broadcasts...
