Not sure where to post this since it involves all sports, but figured this board gets the most hit!
I know there was a rivalry mbb game last night that dominated the headlines but seriously no mention of this by anyone in the media throughout the state? Only from our AD!?

A real feather in the cap for MSU athletics. Now...let's get shovels in the ground and get moving on the facilities upgrades!

Now 10-3 and the rout is on. When is it reasonable to start feeling bad for the comprehensive implosion of that university?
Pretty sure the regents will vote to give it to um.
What did I miss?
I thought an appropriate headline for Board of Regents meeting would have been:
Regents add "Patron of the Arts" to MSU's responsibilities.
Definition of Patron of the Arts - someone who acts as a patron to or supports charities, organizations, and individuals that work in or concern the arts
Pretty sure the regents will vote to give it to um.
What did I miss?
Cruzado called out the BOR for extending funding favours to uM against MSU. Spurious BOR language in the funding formula essentially does not fund MSU at a higher level than uM regardless of the huge student population difference MSU has but gives a significant bump to uM for ???????

BUMP - Have the bears won anything against the Bobcats this year? Do they even keep track anymore?
All I can think of is women's basketball and volleyball, which would put MSU up 4-0, but I'm sure I'm missing some.
That's the Brawl of the Wild Series link on the MSU Atletics site. Doesn't look like they are scoring this year. If so, it would be really lopsided. If somebody wants to tally up the points for 2020/2021, I'd be interested in seeing the results.
Best I can figure, we only have results from Volleyball, (2-0 MSU), WBB (2-0 MSU), and WXC (1-0 MSU)/MXC (1-0 MSU). Don't have results yet from golf (W), tennis (M/W), outdoor track (M/W). Not contested were MBB, Indoor track, football.
