But it won’t be out until next week. Any guesses?
Kassis the only lock at WR. There’s a bunch of good WRs. I thought Duru and Metcalf looked good. Add Duru to list above. Watching the WRs and CBs go at it in the scrimmage was good.CelticCat wrote: ↑Mon Aug 20, 2018 4:40 pmI think RB will be 1A and 1B, and I think that will be Tucker and Ifanse. But I don't think it will stay that way. Logan Jones was the starter last year and he didn't many carries.
I don't know how I feel about Jonsen starting at WR, I think he will play there but I don't think he will start. That's a bad position to have a lingering foot injury. As Choate likes to say I think they will manage him, meaning they will play him as much as they think his foot can handle. If it flares up at all, he's out.
LB is the same as RB, I'm not sure it matter who starts because they will rotate a lot and like last year, the lineup might even change depending what team we're playing. Choate's main goal for Collins is that he finishes the season healthy, so I think he will be in and out as well.
I think you're right at DB, I think Cole is the first man off the bench and a nickel specialist.
Looks right, I might flip D'Agastino in front of Jonsen depending on the package/game and his health. So we are possibly starting someone new at all 4 LB positions (calling Buck an LB)? Should we be concerned? I have heard positive reports on all of them and Sterk should be a stud but we had some highly touted out of state LB recruits in the past few years but most of the two-deep at LB is made up of Montana boys!bobcat99 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 10:03 amQB: Andersen, Rovig

Not very positive on WR. They’re going to substitute a lot there anyways. LB is the same way. Jalen Cole might not “start” but he’s our NB which we’ll see a lot.
I am very interested to see how Kanow does with an increased work load. The kid has a nose for the ball and loves contact.bobcat99 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 10:03 amQB: Andersen, Rovig

I hear ya, I remember this article from the spring from Skyline, seems like Choate always gushed about Kanow. I think this LB corps has a lot of potential, just a lot of unkowns with such littler gameday experience.kwcat wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 10:33 amI am very interested to see how Kanow does with an increased work load. If he has increased strength and has put on a little more weight than the roster says, look out.
I do not think we will see Kanow for a while because of his knee injury. However, I do think we will be fine a LB. Yes, we are young, but a ton of talent. Add in Sterk and Sparaco plus a bigger and healthy Fa'anono and we are in really good shape.RobertCats wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 10:46 amI hear ya, I remember this article from the spring from Skyline, seems like Choate always gushed about Kanow. Because of Kanow being injured, would not be surprised if Konkol went back down to Will. Tadan Gilman has been impressive but experience is so crucial.bobcatbob wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 2:32 pmI do not think we will see Kanow for a while because of his knee injury. SOB, I knew Kanow missed the scrimmage because of a knee, but was not sure how severe it was. Konkol-LB, Alleyne and Henderson at Safety is not a bad contingency plan though.VimSince03 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 2:44 pmBecause of Kanow being injured, would not be surprised if Konkol went back down to Will.
