Re: Cam Sutton no longer on roster
To put it politely, he struggled against man coverage often last year. He doesn't have blazing speed so he needs to win the one-on-one matchups and jump ball opportunities with his height and size. Also, if he can improve his release off the line of scrimmage, he's got potential to be a red-zone weapon.mslacatfan wrote:Ha, sounds about right.

No sure where he ended up but looks like not at Oregon. They moved a cornerback over to wide receiver.

Good luck to Cam. Hope he produces his final two years for the Bulldogs.

Thanks for posting. I am always curious to see where these type of former bobcats end up, and how they end up producing.

It's kind of surprising to see how many former Bobcats end up at FBS programs.

Go, Cam! I was sorry when he seemingly got pushed aside. I don’t remember many details, but I do remember he caught a TD and maybe a couple more balls from Chris Murray in the attempted come from behind at Weber. He showed good athleticism and looked pretty unstoppable on those plays. We could have used a big, dominant receiver once in awhile.

He didn't light it up as a receiver at Fresno. More blocking and rushes.
