All but Matakis, I'm guessing from what I've heard & what's been published...

Matakis will take longer. He might not even be able to play this year. But I think most of our injuries will be pretty good in time for the season.

I worked out with a stength coach for a D-II program on Sunday. He said that ACL's take two years to fully recover. He said players come back earlier but are not the same until about two years. Look at McGaffee (sp?) from Buffalo.

Health wise and strength wise are two different things.
Most of these guys are heavies (Lou, Brikland, etc). Either you are getting stronger or you are getting weaker.
With the lower body not being able to be worked for probably 2 months to 3 with heavy weights, you are not getting stronger.

I think they will be back, but not as strong as they could have been and possibly a little weaker.
