I had heard a while ago that Ricky Chapman was interested in MSU but he hasn't made a college decision yet. Anyone have any idea where he's going next year? Ricky Chapman on Scout.com

As far as i can tell he has not signed yet, which might mean grade issues.

I think he is going to Dixie State along with Corey Slater (qb). I'm pretty sure, but not 100%.
