I hope this isn't the only positive message this week! People can say how terrible Weber is this year....but Ogden is still a very tough place to play, just ask the team up I-90 how they fared! To win there and at Idaho St. says a lot. For all of you who bash Mick at the drop of a hat......how about a little praise when something goes good. How come when a team wins, it's because of the players, when a team loses, the blame falls on the coach?

All I know is that apparently, the team underwent quite a turnaround between the UVSC and Nebraska road debacles and the two road wins this weekend. Mick has to be in large part responsible for that I would think. I've been withholding judgement about the coaching situation until the end of the season...things look good now, but we'll have to wait and see how the team plays in Feb. and March.

Okay, I agree ... let Mick coach the season out and no more talk about replacing. I agree that is not fair to him and the team during the course of the conference. That is best left for discussion in the offseason. I am Happy for the two wins on the road. Those are hard to come by. However I am still not sold on this team as a contender for the Big Sky Title. I would imagine most of the other Big Sky teams will win at ISU as well so this win did not shock me at all. So I'm not getting all excited about it yet. I mean come on .. Carrol beat this team as well.

2-0 though and I will take it. Like a lot of coaches say, you can only play and beat the people you have on your schedule. I am looking forward to the Grizzly game as you know those games can really help a coach out when it comes to the fans ;)

Mick's teams generally play well in the first half of conference, and then fade to black by the end of the season. Not sure what has happened to make us believe anything different will happen this year.

We beat the Griz on the road to go 3-0 and we 'should' end the conference season on a pretty good note. We have a lot of home games in that stretch. This is a big game this weekend .. not only because its against the Griz, but because if we snag that 3rd away game we definately should be in the drivers seat for conference title (if we take care of things at home)!
