The first ‘Cats’ script appeared on the new yellow helmets in 1982 when Coach Doug Graber took over. It’s the same script used today. The post card is a representation of that script but not an accurate depiction of the logo. In 1984 blue and white lines were added to the crown of the helmet which seemed to work out well.

That’s what the concept looked like, for the media guide anyway, but was not the actual decal that ended up being issued for 1982 season.

Look at the second photo I posted. Looks like they tried different variations before finally settling on the current script.

It is a DVD from a 25-year-old + VHS tape so the quality is what you might expect but at least it’s preserved on DVD. The game program was used as the DVD cover. Yes, I have a copy.

If the video is already on a DVD, it's already digitized. Do you have a DVD input on your computer? I can walk you threw uploading it.
