Well I haven't really attended Cat games before 2002, I started going when Tyler Thomas was at the helm. I can't remember a single other RB that I was as impressed with as Woodhead. I also can't remember too many more lackluster defensive efforts from the Bobcats, either (Davis trump that one though).

Fuqua and Rubin were very good as well.

And my comment was directed in recent memory, at home (in Bozeman).

Be honest, your coach sucks if you take away all the games your D has basically won for them. I do not mean that as smack. I am so tired of Cat spin. Just fess up and be honest he sucks. Last year it was how great your QB Lulay was, remember? How he had a cannon for an arm. Your lucky you had him all year and you still couldn't make the playoffs. ALL I heard ALL this spring is how if the Cats had an easy schedule like the Griz they would make the playoffs, this year they did and could easily be home for the first round. Give me a break Kramer has been a bust for the Cats. I am man enough to admit I believed everyone about Kramer. I thought he would tear up the Big Sky when he came over from EWU, but what has done? 3 wins against the Griz, nice. Other than that, he has managed what, one playoff game with one of the best QB's in Big Sky history? His best season has been 7-6 with the Cats? He has shown he is very average, even at the 1-AA level. You guys would be scary if you had a coach, you have lots of guys to catch the ball and pass the ball but no one that can perform at coach. Your Defence (defense is with an 's') is one of the best in the nation. If your coach would stop trying to transfer in these WR's, and actually build on someone you might have another NC by now. Or will Kramer pull another Big bad Califoria Junior college transfer out of his hat? QBs like Hedrick, Stapp, and Berquist will never want to go to MSU, because like the others, they will want to play for a national contending team year in and year out, not an underachieving team that can't put more than 7 wins together in a season. All the better for the rest of us. If I was a Bobcat player, I would be thinking about my options. Unless they are okay co-sharing the Big Sky title on occasion and never playing in the post season. Hey Kramer, I hear UNC is looking for a coach to rebuild their crappy program to a .500 team, or are you just going to miss the playoffs again next year?

First of all, I don't recall ANYONE ever said Lulay had a cannon for an arm. He has an effective arm. His strengths are mobility and fooball savvy/smarts.

Second, we had back to back seasons where we went to the playoffs, FYI.

Third. Easy schedule, eh? A perrenial 1-A power (not now, but who knew before the season began that they would have such an inept offense?), a now undefeated D2 team with a stud RB (wayyyyyy better than an NAIA Ft. Lewis), and a good Davis team with a good defense. Then we play at NAU (w/ a senior Murrietta), at ISU (BOTH are always a tough place to play), then At WGS.

Finally, for the most part, the right calls are being made. If the players don't execute/perform, the team does not win games. The players have to take some of the blame for the early season losses (see Jefferson, et. al. in UCD game....).

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.
