Re: Depth chart is done
Did anyone confirm when it will be released? I’m guessing Monday?
It seems like every year there are always some surprises that nobody saw coming- true freshman, etc. I’m excited to see it.

Re: Depth chart is done
I'm assuming coach will touch on it this morning at the press conference. I heard it was released today too but I can't remember where I heard it.

Re: Depth chart is done
1.)We start 3 OL that are Soph or younger and another freshman is nipping at their heels to play. Next couple of years are gonna be AWESOME.
2.) Every SINGLE slot on the two deep at LB is a Montana boy, I see you Walker Cozzie.
3.) Alleyne at KOR?!
4.) Holding Grant Collins out?

Re: Depth chart is done
James Williams on the 2 deep, love it. Is that correct or a typo...... up to 325.... beast!
2 true freshman in the mix at RB- sumner and ifanse. These guys are both going to have huge careers, me thinks.
Is kanow hurt? He would have been starting or at least in the 2 deep, right?
OL averages about 6’4” 295lbs. This group is going to be a handful for years to come.
Excited to see Willie P return punts, I think he can do some damage there!
Can’t wait for Thursday!!!!

Re: Depth chart is done
About what I and most of us thought.
Observations:
- We are still young - 5 seniors starting total - 3 on the d-line
- LB isn't as deep as I thought it would be at the end of spring. Losses of Hill, Collins (for now), and Kanow for injuries is a tough break. Gilman had a great fall camp from what I've heard so that is encouraging.
- I believe come later in the year, Maleek Barkley and Ifanse will be our main ball carriers. I believe we will see more of Tullis as this year goes on as well
- Both our offensive and defensive lines have to be in the top 2-3 in the conference

Re: Depth chart is done
Grant Collins must still be feeling the effects of all those past injuries, I feel sorry for the guy as he has done nothing but work his tail off to get back to 100%. I hope to see him on the field at some point this year as long as he becomes the best player on the field at his position. It will be interesting to see how much this depth chart gets modified when we hit conference play at PSU. One thing for sure, this is now Coach Choat's recruits and roster, so this will no doubt be the defining year for for him and the MSU Bobcat football team. I for one am VERY optimistic that this years team is going to shine brightly. GO BOBCATS!
