Watching the Villanova game, MSU will have at least 99% of the fans in the stadium January 5th if Nova wins.
Illinois state is a good team that could give us fits
Absolutely. All this talk about Super Brawl being the "de facto National Championship" was completely idiotic all along. Cats learned last year that you can't just show up as the favorite and win.
But Villanova is garbage and we'd blow them out
Villanova has their hands full.
Villanova is garbage
Yeah Nova does not look good tonight.

And likely why they won’t be going to Nashville.

Run defense for Illinois state doesn’t appear all that great either.

Apparently my questioning of what happened to Taco the last month triggered something. What a game.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Turns out, it's not that hard to beat a team twice in one year when you are clearly the better team.

How bad would it have been if Loud wasn't able to play?

Probably 10x more as that was how good he was according to the gris fans. So the cats would have put up 480 points or so (give or take). I also have heard every NFL team had scouts watching him this game and were so impressed they want to sign him tomorrow.

Has there ever been a team in the FCS to have a 13-2 record and both losses were to the same team?

Did anyone catch the backhanded "compliment" Bobby gave the Cats at the beginning of his post-game presser?

"I think he (Vigen) and the coaching staff here got the absolute most out of the talent they have on that football team. I'm impressed with the coaching job they did."

Such a Bobby thing to do...taking a swipe at the talent level of the team that just beat them. That is going to go over well with future in-state recruits. Smh.

Woods’ fumble is really the only thing that kept the Gris in it, and I blame that on the dumb 5-wide formation that led to the (not) holding penalty on 2nd and 5 and the run game humming. Bad play call by Sterbick. Put the offense behind the chains when it didn’t need to happen.

That stadium fits almost 40,000. That’s a lot of tickets to sell.

The 2022 Bobcats did something similar but it was an 11-game regular season so they were 12-2 when they lost to SDSU for the second time in the semifinals.

Yeah, I'm not sure what he's talking about. It was actually the 1st and 4th quarters that we dominated. It was 7-7 in the 3rd, 21-0 in the 4th.
