Yes, sorry everyone, this was info garnished from QBC Billings. Some has been selectively edited, of course.

Green just seems like a diamond in the rough. He's tall, fast, has good hands, has a good work ethic... once he gets a little strength training and seasoning under his belt he is going to be a great go-to guy. This guy would have been a much bigger star if he had played in a more traditional offense. Instead he was a cog in the mighty Senior pass machine (a run play for them is a short dump to the TB, I don't think I've ever seen Desin hand it off!). Let him be a prime target in a more traditional offense and he'll have no problem distinguishing himself on the field.
But I thought Coppack was moved to a different position?
He is taking reps at one of the receiving spots, but since we only have 3 QB's on the roster he will still be a back-up there as well. If anything it illustrates that he is at least a good athlete if he is able to line up at WR.

The rumor is still out there that Mike Bass may still transfer to MSU this summer, and play this fall.
Can anyone confirm or deny?

I did have some beers in me on Wednesday, but I am pretty sure I heard Kramer say that they would know for sure on Mike Bass in the next 5-7 days based on grades or something like that. So we should know here pretty soon I think.

Time is clicking by, has the Bass clock hit the magic hour? I have been on this watch before with nothing happening. Somebody must have the answer?

He said 5-7 days and it's only been four...haha...chill. MSU is very deep on offense and Bass will only add to that. It will be interesting to see who ends up on top in total offense between MSU and EWU.
Lulay vs Meyer
Domineck vs Cole
Gatewood vs Kimball
Both have great off. lines.

Deep on offense is good, the deeper the better. I wish the D was as deep. Oh well I will keep waiting and checking Bobcat Nation. 3 more days seems like an awfully long time. Patience Grass Hopper.

Interesting to compare the matchups. Lulays and Meyer's were so identical heading into last year's game it was almost eerie. I've also heard that Meyer has the intangibles (I hate using overused buzz words but I guess I just did it) that we all know Travis has. Call this a tie.

I'd give Cole the nod over Dominic given what they've proven on the field so far in their careers - anyone hear how he performed in the Spring?

Probably give the nod to Kimball here too, although Gatewood definitely has potential.

I'd take our line over theirs - I think it's going to be amazing this year - and they lost a couple key lineman.

I think we'll have the better group of receivers overall.

Pretty evenly matched up on O. I think this one will depend on who has the better D at that point in the season.

Great time to be a BOBCAT!

catatac: Has a point, It may be a LONG, long, long time before EWU has a tackle taken in the 2nd round of the NFL draft again.

Never mistake activity for accomplishment.

I'm sick of the man because the man is a thief.

Just thought I would move this topic to the top. Any word? Anybody? I am not sure why I am so intoxicated by this Bass guy, but I am.
